Return and Refund Policy

At Patatrend, we want to ensure that you and your furry friend are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your dog bed, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product. Please read the following return policy guidelines carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be fully refunded, the dog bed must be in unused and resalable condition, free from pet hair, odors, or any damage caused by pets.

2. Initiate the Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@patatrend.com with your order number and the reason for the return. 

3. Return Shipping:

  • We will do our best to provide a smooth return experience usually paying and sending the shipping return label. We are in January 2024, and I don't have the experience at this point to guarantee the way it will happen. Thank you for your comprehension. 

4. Used Dog Beds:

  • We understand that pets may try out the bed. However, for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for unused dog beds. Please make your decision before your pet starts using the bed.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective dog bed, please contact us immediately for assistance.

6. Cancellations:

  • Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. But please contact us as soon as you regret, if we didn't ship the product everything is easier.
