Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy. If something’s not right, we’re here to help:

• Free Returns (14 Days)
  Whether your item arrived damaged or you simply changed your mind, you can return it for free within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.
• After 14 Days
  We accept returns on unused, clean items for up to 30 days after delivery. In this case, return shipping costs apply.
• Used or Soiled Items
  We’re unable to accept returns on used or soiled beds, unless they arrived damaged. This helps us keep our quality and hygiene standards high for every pet.
